By using KawasZone or the KawasZone business portal, you agree to these terms. KawasZone is provided by Kawas LLC, Arlington, Virginia, USA.
Use it safely
KawasZone is designed to be listened to. When driving, set it up before you start, keep your eyes on the road, and follow the law where you are. Never handle the phone while driving.
Information in the app
Places, stories, home listings and offers come from third parties (including OpenStreetMap, Overture Maps, Wikipedia, RentCast and local businesses). They may be incomplete, out of date or wrong. Check important details, such as opening hours, prices and whether a home is still available, with the business or agent before relying on them.
Sponsored offers
Offers are provided by the businesses that publish them, and they are responsible for them. A coupon can be redeemed once per phone, only while it is valid, and only by the business that issued it.
Businesses using the portal
- Only publish offers and listings that are truthful, legal and suitable for a general audience, for a business you own or are allowed to represent, with photos you have the right to use.
- Home listings must follow fair-housing law: describe the home, not who should live in it.
- We may pause offers or accounts that break these rules.
No warranty
KawasZone is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Kawas LLC is not liable for losses arising from the use of the app or the information in it.
Changes and contact
